Design Concept:

An abstract, timeless world, rooted in classical Greece with flashes of modernity.

Eurydice, bound by the expectations of the modern woman, attempts to navigate truth and desire. While classical forms of columns and marble call back to the Greek Gods, natural elements of green foliage tie us to our earthly bounds and modern elements of glittery streamers and luxurious velvet transport us to modern society.

By mixing classical, earthly, and modern motifs, we are reminded that humanity's obsession with celebrity and our complicated relationship with public opinion are, unfortunately, timeless conflicts. The Underworld serves as a contrast to these sociocultural binds, a place of freedom of expression and release of inhibitions.
